They run 1 mile…
Then walk to the gun station…
Then shoot 5 targets laying down…
Then run another mile and any penalty laps for missing targets…
Then shoot 5 more targets standing up…
Then run another mile!
And he won a gold medal for his age bracket to add to his archery medal!
