Exam week starts tomorrow. Someone got spoiled this weekend with cookies and a roast <3

Casey’s first 8 week block is over and he is studying for exams next week. He was taking a practice test and this question came up:

Today we went to the Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech football game! We were told that this is the loudest stadium in the country due to its design, even though it only holds 55,000 people.

We were winning the entire game….except for the last 3 seconds 🙁

Tailgaters everywhere!

We stopped at a lemonade stand on the way back to the car and headed home to Penny 🙂

Casey and I went to Blacksburg, VA to the location of the undergraduate VT campus, about 40 minutes away. We were amazed by the beauty of the campus-it was gorgeous! We both got VT shirts in preparation for our first football game we are going to on Saturday! Go Hokies!

We also went out to dinner with about 30 of Casey’s classmates to celebrate the other September birthdays 🙂

Today we picked Casey up from school. Penny got to play fetch and we visited the river 🙂

And today, a King’s shirt arrived for Casey! He’s one happy guy!

Besides the usual shtuff, today we refilled our water jugs (Yes, we finally found a place to refill at so we can reuse our jugs and not pay $14 for 10 gallons of water…yikes!) and Casey received an awesome King’s hat in the mail! We will be making phone calls tomorrow to find out who sent it-he loves it, so THANK YOU! 🙂
