Casey came home last week saying that his work was going to have a bake sale to raise money for their end of the year party. They still needed someone from his department to volunteer to bring a cake or pie, so I jumped all over it! An excuse to bake something fancier than just cookies?! Sure!
So I decided to try making a vanilla cake with lemon frosting, topped with sliced raspberries. The best part? The rainbow surprise inside! And we even added the Sansum logo in sprinkles 🙂
