I’m so glad I got to spend the day with my wonderful Mom and the rest of the family on this special day 🙂

If you haven’t seen this yet…watch now
If you only do one thing, do this
The 30 second habit with a lifelong impact.
“He was in his early teens, about to start senior school, when his grandfather took him aside and told him the following:”
‘Immediately after every lecture, meeting, or any significant experience, take 30 seconds — no more, no less — to write down the most important points. If you always do just this, said his grandfather, and even if you only do this, with no other revision, you will be okay.’
Weekend Backpacking Trip
Life Lately
Bonobo concert in Ventura, very fun!
Our favorite donuts from my dad, followed by a weekend game of frolf.
Beach walks, dinner dates, and pretty daffodils from a client.
Hiking with Casey’s Sansum work buddies.
Penny got to use her backpack, dinner downtown at Carlitos, fruit smoothie bowls with Kori, and Casey playing hockey in the playoff game.
Our family and Robby’s girlfriend, Kristin’s, family playing games in the park.A rose from dad, and a few treats to top it all off. Life is good.
Easter Sunday
My hands are high, my feet are low…
A walk at SBCC
Kori’s Hula Show!
This past weekend was Kori’s big hula performance. Her group, “Hula Anyone?” has been practicing for months for this show. Famous musicians flew in from Hawaii to be here, the leis were flown in from Hawaii right before the show, and there were so many outfit changes! Here is Kori in Macy’s getting her makeup done for the performance.
Great job Kori, we really enjoyed it and we know you worked so hard!
A day in Solvang with Mom
My Mom and I headed to Solvang for a little girl time. We had a super tasty lunch-a monte cristo sandwich topped with powdered sugar and cranberry sauce, (maybe more of a dessert sandwich!) and and salad to balance it out. Cheers!
Then we headed to Flag is Up Farms where we were free to mosey and pet the horses.
I gave them kisses while she claimed they tried to eat her. 😉 That nicely timed pic still makes me laugh!
Once she stood a little farther away, all was good! 🙂
Thanks for a fun day Mom! <3
