My first class!
Third Job?!
So at the end of October, I received a message from someone who had seen my Etsy shop. She said she was the owner of a local art center and loved my work. They were wanting to add new teachers to their program and she asked if I would be interested in teaching some wood sign classes.
So after meeting with them and working out the details, I have another job! I will be teaching adult (14+) art classes at The Salem Art Center. My first class is November 21st and I will be making my colorful deer sign with the group. Hopefully it goes well and I want to do it more! I made a bunch of fliers and will be raffling off my original sign during my class. 🙂
They have partnered with a bakery and bistro across the street from the art center and decorate their walls with art (customers can purchase the art too!). They asked me to bring in some pieces to hang up, so here is my first group.
Fall Fun
We just had our peak foliage color week here, it is beautiful out!
I printed this picture for GoGo’s owner who I see every day. She said this is the first “good” picture of her 10 year old dog, so she loved it!
Still making art and taking many trips to the post office as I ship out early holiday orders.
Crock pot cookin’!
The park where I take Rascal all the time. It’s just a little bit pretty here. 🙂
